To preserve the quality of fresh breads, we recommend keeping them frozen. It is a common method of food preservation that slows down both food decay and the growth of micro-organisms. Besides the effect of lower temperatures on reaction rates, freezing makes water less available for bacterial growth. The moisture in the breads will become ice, and they can be kept safely for at least 3 months. 

Frozen breads can be eaten straight from the freezer without thawing and it taste like ice cake. It can be steamed or toasted or just thawed under cover for 30 minutes to soften them to the freshness of the day you freeze it.
