There are two new items
added in our Products page. Omega-3
Premium Chia Seed (Mexico) and Organic Carob Syrup
(Cyprus).
We have developed
the most healthiest bread range. It is called The LIVE
Sprouted Breads. We did not use dried sprouted flour as the
drying and grinding processes actually stopped and killed all
the enzymatic activities in the sprouts. We went all the way to
import the whole organic grains and sprout them ourselves. We
turn them into a live sprouted mash and make breads out of it.
Why Sprout?
Raw grains, nuts and seeds
contain enzyme inhibitors and micro toxin (phytic acid), which are neutralized by an overnight
soak in water. Sprouting makes them easier to digest with readily
available nutrients and enzymes. Whole grains' bran contains phytic acid which
blocks absorption of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc.
Diets high in untreated phytic acid leads to bone lost and
mineral deficiencies. Sprouting improves overall digestibility,
especially if it is a gluten containing grain such as
wheat, spelt, kamut, rye or barley.
The live sprouting
process will eliminate all the unhealthy micro toxins and enzyme inhibitors within the grain. It starts the whole
natural processes of enzymatic activities to pre-digest each
grain and convert starch and gluten into digestible nutrient for
our body. The nutrients are many
times better than any other breads. The whole grain's soluble
and insoluble fiber is inside the bread to detoxify your
circulation and digestive systems, like a perfect scorching pat.

 Hippocrates
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - is grown and produced in Cyprus using
only the smallest early harvested Koroneiki olives that were
manually plucked. It is less than 10mm in length and is the
smallest olive on earth, having the strength comparable to chilly
paddy versus normal chilly. Planted on high sea level, dry
ground with less water available and strong sun light, it became
very concentrated with anti-oxidant to prevent and heal numerous
illnesses.
Using Hippocrates
organic olive oil is very simple. Add it into salad, rice,

waiting to be unlocked. We crush the seeds into powder and
effectively separated the nutrients from the fiber to improve absorption
by our body. Normal blender or grinding will generate high heat,
